Back in November I sent the tech support a notice of my problem. I have lost my team (Left hand corner) as well as All participants on the screen. I cannot even join another team. I have pictures.

I can't believe that there is no help from them. I tried to download the app for Windows but then you have to start from the beginning. This stinks!!!!!
I have already done this twice and the latest reply was not helpful at all....

Please keep in mind that while the Facebook features may be limited, we would still like to offer the experience of the game to players on that platform as well.
Though if you prefer to have as many features as possible in the game, I would recommend playing through our mobile app version of the game or the desktop version (such as for Windows).

Who else can we report this issue to. I'm sure we are not the only two with problems. I can't believe that there is no solution. I have not had any recent problems with any other games I play and in the past when I have, tech support solved my issues.

You are right. There isn’t much help for that platform. There are multiple options to play on PC. Best (I think) is to download an app from windows store. Another option is to play from king.com website.
Yes on my desk top via facebook. There is no help for us. I have been trying since early November. At one time I did have a team, receive lives and was able to see other players but now my screen looks bare. Nothing they have suggested has helped. I have attached. This happened once before and they fixed it. WHATS GOING ON WITH THEM!!!
Oh are you playing via Facebook too as well as I am (when done on my Windows Application) ? There are no boosters, no teams, no help or rewards there - so this game is just a waste and not fun to play !

Whenever I get rewards they automatically go onto the next game and get used very quickly. I do not want to use them all the time or all together. This seems to be a recent change. If I've paid for rewards and play 5 games they have gone straight away!
