How do I fix Bubblegum Troll issues?

For about a month now on Candy Crush Soda, There has been a message saying (The Bubblegum Troll is causing problems with your game, please try again later) I do not play through facebook as I have no friends that play. I play strictly through King and have been doing so since 2017! Any help would be appreciated! I really don't want to lose my levels

Hi Tina, Bubblegum Hill has a glitch and the studio is trying to resolve this. Hang in there and hopefully they can find a fix soon.
