Lost all boosters!!
I somehow got logged out of my account which I have linked to Facebook. By mistake, I logged into my King account and had to reset my password and when I opened up the game all my boosters were gone. I logged in with Facebook thinking they would be restored but no luck. Help!!

I'm sorry to hear that. Please check the guide below:
If restarting device an logging out/in don't help then your booster might have been lost because of a glitch.
If you lost purchased items, please contact King Player Support to ask for a replacement
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings (gear icon)- click "?" Icon- select any topic and subtopic- scroll down the page and click "contact us". Select topic "lost progress or items", select subtopic "I lost items". Fill in the form and send.

So I lost over 200 pregame and in-game boosters because of a “glitch”!?!? Really??? I’m also not able to watch ads to get more moves or lives. Is anyone else having this issue??
