Would you mind if I ask you which game are talking about? "Candy Crush Saga" OR "Candy Crush Soda Saga" OR "Candy Crush Friends Saga"? This is Candy Crush SODA Saga thread. But, it is OK, don't be alarmed. The KING team can move your thread. Since you are new here, I wanted to inform you, when we "choose" the correct thread / community, we get better useful answers/information from the experts in that division. Hope I have not confused you!
So, to answer your Question --- I am guessing you are asking about the App on your Mobile Phone! Simply go to Google "Play Store", look / search for the game App and select "Install". It will be re-installed & you should be in the level where you are. Only problem with RE-installing is we loose our boosters and/or gifts (Lives we received from friends) you had till now. Your Gold Bars will be there, so no worries in that part.
Let me see if I can find an useful post from the experts! If I find it, I will come back add it here. In the mean time, please try to reinstall the game, post your update here. It will be useful for any further help you need

Please don't be discouraged! The KING team might have been busy with the holidays and they must be getting back to all their received complaints one by one. Sometimes, it DOES take more than usual. In your case, it's been almost 4 days. How about wait for 1 more day and send another complaint from your device?
** For this --- you will have to select the "Pink Gear icon" that appears where we have to press "Play" to go into the game;
** Then, select the "Green Gear Icon";
** Select "Help Center" -- then, select "Have you lost your progress and friends list";
** You will be taken to another page, see if anything helps there. If not, then scroll down completely. There is "Still need Help -- CONTACT US" icon. Press it & follow the directions. (I am attaching the pics for your reference)
