You always start on day 1 when you install the game on a new device 🙂 As far as I know, Daily Bonus is still there.
If you still don't have a Daily Bonus after a few days, please check for game updates, clear cache (not data) and ensure a strong and stable internet connection.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
That is strange @patriciamanagh which game version do you have? Also, what kind of device do you play the game on? Make and model please. ( For Android Settings- About Phone - (for example Model number GM-F695) For iPhone Settings -General -About - (for example Model number MRY42QL/A) )

I have an iPhone MU783ZD/A
I’m not sure how to find out the version of the game. I downloaded it from the App Store within the last week. I’ve deleted and redownloaded but the same thing happens. I’ve tried clearing the cache etc too.
