is there still a daily bonus in this game? I downloaded on a new phone and I have started from level 1 again. I know I can’t expect a streak or my bonuses to be saved - but I don’t get any bonus when I log in. Has this feature been stopped?

No the daily bonus still isn’t working for me. I haven’t had it at all since restarting game on new phone. Hope it does work soon - for you too!
Has your daily bonus worked yet? My still hasn’t been working. 😩
The daily bonus of two hours booster version, it will appear when I start playing level 1.
But the daily bonus of thirty minutes booster version, it will not appear until I have played to around level 50 or level 100.
This is my actual experience.
My daily bonus isn't working today either, 2/22/24. I hope those of us that are having problems aren't going to lose our progress on the daily bonus or have to use our gold bars! My game is up to date also

That’s the latest update. Just give it a day. It is quite possible that your Daily Bonus will start one day 🤞 Also ensure that you have a strong and stable internet connection.

I’m not sure how to find out the version of the game. I downloaded it from the App Store within the last week. I’ve deleted and redownloaded but the same thing happens. I’ve tried clearing the cache etc too.
That is strange @patriciamanagh which game version do you have? Also, what kind of device do you play the game on? Make and model please. ( For Android Settings- About Phone - (for example Model number GM-F695) For iPhone Settings -General -About - (for example Model number MRY42QL/A) )

Hello @michimune As far as I know there is no old and new version Daily Bonus 🤔 Maybe you mean the Daily Bonus with an extra timed booster after 4 hours to claim? That is a test version for some players (I have not yet seen it in my game)
Old version daily bonus started at the beginning of the map. New version daily bonus will appear when you have played specific numbers of levels.
Finally got the daily bonus! Hopefully all is good with the daily bonus. Now if I could get a chance to watch videos for extra moves and bonuses all would be okay.

You always start on day 1 when you install the game on a new device 🙂 As far as I know, Daily Bonus is still there.
If you still don't have a Daily Bonus after a few days, please check for game updates, clear cache (not data) and ensure a strong and stable internet connection.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
Am I going to lose my place and have to start at day 1?
