I have just been kicked out of the app. So let's pursue here @steventseng And so my problem is different from yours. If I go to Community to communicate with the team while I am in CCSS, it means that I will close my session. And I am never sure how the app will be when I go back to it. This morning it crashed within minutes of logging several times, then after a while I could play for a long time and I did not wish to end it to go to Community. Hence my use of the chat.
I do not wish the problems I have in CCSS to be more cumbersome for you and the other players than it has been lately. If so, let me know. I will act accordingly.

Sorry guys! I will not be of great help today in CCSS. It's a very bad day for my app. I have tried to enter the Bake a Cake event many times, without any success: the app crashes each time within 1 minute. I have already lost my hat 3 times, just because I managed to enter a level before the game shuts off. I give up for now πββοΈ

If there is a problem, then we cannot remain silent. We must talk about the problem often and a lot. We must give arguments and give screenshots.
But you can never remain silent about problems. Because if we remain silent, the problems will not disappear anywhere and their number will be much greater than now.

The situation has escalated to the point where a community manager is publicly making derogatory statements that question my integrity. Additionally, another community manager sent private messages instructing me to refrain from making any "clarification" posts. Instead of edited and deleted evidence, a public apology is needed. The current situation, with messages advising me to follow "house rules," requires a resolution that excludes any further public mentions or discussions about me. This harassing conduct is unacceptable and must cease, whether online or offline this is illegal!!! I was intelligent enough to make copies of every post made initially, prior to edits. @ElenaVorona
I'm a bit puzzled, @ElenaVorona, are you offering support or suggesting that I remain silent? While everyone has the right to express their opinions, I find myself on the receiving end of a three-day barrage of harassing messages, even from community managers who are attempting to undermine and silence me. The harassment needs to stop. I have expressed myself, and the damage that has been done cannot be reversed. We all make mistakes, but I refuse to be humiliated, demeaned, or disrespected for reaching out to a moderator for help with a query. This situation is utterly absurd and, quite frankly, unlawful. I appreciate your input; however, each comment seems to fuel the fire, which was not my intention. As far as I'm concerned, this matter is concluded, and everyone should move forward.
