The last digit is 1 not 2. You had provided a wrong team code on previous post. As the search function is not working very well at the game, so I cannot find you by name. If you could have provided an accurate team code before the cake expired, I can saved your team from the grey button issue and let your team get the rewards you deserved. It is very pity!

Soda Community forum doesn't handle refunds, I'm sorry. You would need to contact costumer service from Soda app to ask if a compensation is possible in this situation π
