    My daily bonus worked for one day then became stuck again. It’s been like this for 2 days now.

    over the past couple of weeks I have asked for help with my game, as the daily bonus is frozen on day four :-On Candy Soda Saga..

    I have rebooted my iPad. My App Store is updated. I receive other rewards and have no problem buying lives.

    I have not missed a day and on high level.

    can anyone help please

    Hello @archibaldhighdeck and welcome to Soda community!

    The issue is known and Soda Studio is working on it and we're waiting for them to release a fix which we hope it'll be available soon.

    At the moment the only workaround to get Daily Bonus working is to reset it and restart it. Please read all the details the discussion dedicated to the discussion here

    Hi.

    My daily bonus is not working. I should have gotten it and now it is still doing the extra from yesterday. I don't want to lose my daily login count (should have been 615) for today. I know they are working on it but will our levels be saved?

    I did the whole log out of the game and relog in. I also shut down my iPad and restarted it.

    I’m not able to move on from day 382 to day 383. I can play the game but without the extra booster
