Purchased a package and didn’t recieve anything

i purchased the $9.99 package which included an hour of unlimited playing as well as other hour long bonuses, 50 gold bars, and a couple of single things. The only thing that I received when purchasing was the 50 gold bars and nothing else. This has happened to me before when purchasing the $3.99 beginner package. This makes me not want to ever spend money on this game if it’s just a scam. I would like a full refund please.
