I was at stage 8770 but because of the weakness of the game I have to start from the beginning, this is ridiculous

Do you mean you had to reinstall the app to fix it?

Do you have a King/Facebook account to save your progress? If so, your progress can be restored 😀

Check out this guide, it might help you get your levels back👉️ HERE

If you played levels while the app was offline due to the connection error and your game account couldn't sync with King servers, then only those levels can't be retrieved.

If you can't retrieve your progress then please contact King Player Support (customer service) and ask them to manually put you at the desired current level:

How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- visit "my game progress"- "I can't find my progress in the game - How to retrieve your levels"- scroll down and click "contact us". Make sure to select the correct topics: "lost progress or items" and "I lost my progress". Explain your problem, add your current level and send.
