You mean if you press on “log in with email” (I used your screenshot) it doesn’t work?
Did you check you installed the latest game and device update?
If you did, please provide me with your User ID here is how to find and what device you are playing the game on, make and model please.Then I can report this, because I’ve seen more complaints but no one replied when we told them to check for updates.

And what kind of device do you play? ( For Android Settings- About Phone - (for example Model number SE-F695) For iPhone Settings -General -About - (for example Model number MRY42QL/A)

Your User ID is the same; that is your game ID. The ID doesn’t change, when using another (new) device.
