I just noticed it’s a Pix purchase. This is in Help Center:
When it comes to Google Pay payment methods, we’re currently unable to process purchases made through third-party payment methods like PIX.
PIX takes you to a different sign-in method to complete your purchase, and as with other payment methods that step outside our game environment, it’s not something we support at the moment.
