I am stuck on level 13666. The bear on the right will not move.

I am stuck on this level and am mad because I am going to lose all of my progress. There is a bear that won't move from the bottom. I have tried everything.

Same! Really irritated because I won't get to my wonder ball, my daily bonuses will be wasted, along with all the boosters I've used to try to physically move it including lollipops, hands to swap spaces, and my streak on 2 different devices because I'd hoped it was a fluke. Has anyone figured out how to actually reach support or should I just delete the game after years of playing?
