Hello. My app needed an upgrade once I did it and now I can't log back in with an FB account because I can't press the button

    It's great for us to know what platform you're playing Soda on so that we can help you properly, but we can give you some tips on things you can try to help you out.
    In the meantime, please try the following:

    • Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
    • Cache: Clear the cache (Attention! do not clear the data, this will reset your game to the beginning and you will lose all boosters).
    • Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

    I've done everything I need to do, but I can't log in anymore. Everything should start from the beginning. Today I reached the level of 6000 and did not even get any extras

    Hi @Raivis1988 why are you logged out of the game? Did this have to do with your update or did you log out of the game yourself?
    Congratulations on level 6000. Milestone levels are a great achievement. You can win a badge here in our community if you post your map in the right thread.
    Did you reach level 6000 before logging out of the game?

    I didn't log out myself. Updated the app, restarted and all, I couldn't go back to anything. Yes, I had reached the 6005 level before the update. You can help bring it back, or you just want to talk

    Hi @Raivis1988 I would like to help you. Have you followed the steps above - clear cache, turn off the device completely for at least 10 seconds?
    Once you've turned your device back on, make sure your internet connection is stable.
    I also had an update of the app to version 1.267.4 and was not logged out of the game. Therefore, the behavior of the app seems a bit strange to me.
    Do you have another device where you can install the app and log in? Just to test if it's your device's fault.

    Hello @Raivis1988 I am sorry about this! Do you play on Android device? Please check if you need to update Android System Webview via Google Play Store!

    Also, if you accidentally selected "non-social" gaming, you won’t be able to play Candy Crush Soda Saga on Facebook anymore, or connect to your game using Facebook. Please read more in the link below how you can change it back:

    I have the same problem, first I lost my gumball goodies for 3 weeks now, I thought if I logged out they would come back, nothing!.. I had to reinstall the game 3 times cause whenever I log out it won't let me log back in to my king account.. I have to reinstall the game,it just started doing that in the middle of April, before that I had no problem with this game,I'm on an android phone.. version 1.267 of the game..no matter what I do it won't fix it!

    What is the model? ➡️ Android Settings- About Phone - (for example Model number SM-695F)

    Do you have at least 2GB free memory storage on your device?
