Shipmates
I have lost my ability to play Shipmates, however I am still being used for my friends as I pass levels of my own. Why did I lose Shipmates? I play frequently and have many friends that play frequently as well, so it was very helpful to me! Please explain and bring it back!

I already reported it, but haven’t received an answer yet, sorry. Did you check you have the latest updates? Also, please try troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 10 seconds - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game - (re)play some levels. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

Thank you very much for the assistance. I did those things without luck, but my shipmates returned this morning. However the duration is only a little over a day instead of the 6 day run that it usually is. Is this a permanent change or will it come back as previously scheduled?
