Why did my candy crush soda game drop down from 3385 to level 1
Hey there! If you lost your level progression this can be due to several things, let's have a look:
1) You're not connected to your account
The first reason why your progress is not showing in the game is that you logged out of your account. Make sure you're logged into your King or Facebook account with your own credentials to see your hard-earned progress and to continue your journey in the Kingdom!
If you share your device, make sure the last player has logged out of their account. Then, log back into your own account. The game will recognize you, and your progress will be restored. Now you can get back to playing!
3) You were not saving your progress
Lastly, if you didn't save your progress with Facebook or King, you won't be able to recover lost progress as it was never synchronized, but don't worry! Simply create a King account or connect to your Facebook now. Then, get in touch with us to let us know. We'll do our best to get you back to the level you had reached before you lost your progress!
