Why My box booster os freeze and my level booster aint work!?

Even then i started... ever i had booster box and ever than i have sucess in a level without lost lives. My avatar gave me most booster. But now i havent the Both. Please give me a hand to fix this. Cuz i am a soda fan as long as of the debut.

Not really sure what the issue here however, can you do us a favor and get back to us with a screenshot of the game map showing your profile picture so we can have a closer look?

The box with bonus bosster not apper in the rigth place.

i need to fix this. Even than i start the game this happen...
The box bonus apper in the wrong map
And the doll with the bônus first pass have dissapear too.

Try the steps from the page and you should get back on track!

Keep in mind that you will not receive the rewards from the gift box once you're back on track as the game thinks it has been completed already, but I've added a sweet compensation as an apologies for the trouble caused
