I am not aware that you can get a reward for completing (1000) levels 🤔.
Probably King's servers were unable to register that you completed levels. To reconnect to the servers, please log out, check for updates, restart your device and log back in. Then replay a few levels.Hope it helps 🙂

I've never heard of your reward of £51.85 offering anything like this in the game. Please contact the provider who promised this reward.

Is it possible that you play the game via Tester Buddy? This is not a King app, so if you miss any rewards you receive from Tester Buddy, you will need to contact Tester Buddy.
