My mother has been playing this game for a few years, I just started last year and today I finally caught up to her so we are both on level 3733 but our screens are different,

Open Microsoft Store - click on library on the left - click on games - click on Candy Crush Soda Saga - scroll down and you find the app version. If there are updates, you can find it on the right.
How do you update the game? I got it from Microsoft store.
Hello again! My guess is that this level has not yet been tweaked in your mom’s account.
I've seen this before in Soda that some players didn't have some tweaked levels yet and therefore e.g. achieved a higher/lower score with more/fewer stars.
By the way, I see that your blue candy doesn't have the modified version yet. Have you checked for updates for your game and device?
I'm also playing on Windows 11 and I have this:
I suspect that your mother is using an older version of the game on Windows 10. On Win11 I have version 1.271.400.0. Which version of the app are you using?
Actually we are both playing on PC and my mom, 37 moves, had three boards to do and I only had 2 boards. My mom is on windows 11 and I am playing on windows 10
We both play on King.

Do you both have the same game version? Do you both play via King or Facebook account? Do you both play on Soda app from Microsoft Store?
It could be that the level has been tweaked and the game from the screenshot with 37 moves has not yet been tweaked. I checked my game and I also only have 25 moves and 55 bears to find.

It seems strange to you, but sometimes the studio does tests that a level (in your case, level 3733) has a different layout on different platforms. I see the first player (I don't know if it's you or your mother) is playing on a Windows device. The other of you is playing on a mobile device. Is the mobile device an Android or iOS device? I'm happy to check it in my game because I also play on Windows (Win11) and on a mobile device (Android 14). I'm happy to wait for your reply. If I check it, please be patient. I have to scroll down from level 14350 to get to level 3733. Since there's no "go to" feature in Candy Crush Soda Saga, it's going to take me a while to "swipe" to that level.
