Day missed

my internet was down due to power outage I had a long constant login record I signed into game as soon as power was back and I think you should give exception to the restart rule when it’s beyond the players control. I can’t afford to purchase to continue so in order to play I had to start over. It just doesn’t seem fair to require me to spend money I don’t have.help

I am sorry this has happened to you 🙁 Even if your Daily Bonus has restarted from day 1, you still have your free temporary booster. The 30 minutes of infinite lives are back from day 8. There is info in Help Center article My Daily Bonus

Where are the games?
Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?…
Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
