How To Have My Previously Earned Boosters Restored

I have just placed into service a new computer, and installed Candy Crush Soda Saga, signed in, and gotten my gold bars and level progress, but I have not had restored the rather significant number of boosters I had already earned on my old computer. Is there anything I can do to get this corrected?

Well, I am taking your advice. I had 54 all-powerful, pie boosters saved up on my old computer, which IS still functional, though barely. I am waiting until I'm stuck on a level, which, if completed, will win me a soda race and only using them when gold bars are on the line. I have used only 2 of the 54, booting up the old computer only in these circumstances. The first time got me 10 gold bars, and the second time got me my first-ever 15-gold bar, (three consecutive wins) soda race victory! Thank you for suggesting that!

I get you. It only works with iOS devices sometimes by restoring a backup from iCloud to a new iOS device. I say “sometimes” on purpose, because in CCSS I did have the boosters back, but in CCS I didn't have them 🤷

That's strange, because I also play Candy Crush Saga, and those boosters DID appear on my new device. It would seem only fair that someone would not be penalized for buying a new computer.

Hi there @SativaGummi

Boosters are stored directly in your device's memory, so you can use them offline. When you install the game on a new device you can find your gold bars and progress because they are registered on King’s servers. If you still have access to your ‘old’ device, you can use those boosters to make progress and collect new boosters on your new device 😉

Why I can't edit my profile?
I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
