Game freezing

I have had ongoing issues my the game freezing and the only way to get out is to quit the game and lose your progress. I’m on an iPhone with the most recent iOS 17.6.1 on my home WiFi and have tried clearing cache and restarting my phone. This time it froze as I was one step away from completing a cake layer after using a booster. Frustrating - this had happened numerous times in the past several weeks.

Hey and I'm sorry to hear that, is this happening in the same part of the game every time - or does it happen randomly?
It would be great if you could provide us your Player ID as well.
Other than that, I would also check your memory on the device as well, we recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.

Thank you for the reply. My player ID is 1640778235. I have tons of memory on my phone so I don’t think that’s the issue. It happens at different levels and is not at the same point in the game. It just happened again since I posted the message. Appreciate any help.

I am having the same issue, repeatedly, with the ad for screen doors and with other ads in the past. It freezes at 29 seconds and pressing the exit (x) gives me the option to close or resume ad. If I resume, it returns to 29 seconds and remains frozen. Very frustrating to lose a game that could be mastered with the extra moves.

I’m sorry I don’t know how to find my game ID number, but to answer your question: it happens at the beginning of the ad, not every time but very frequently. I have a new IPad with more than adequate memory and had the same issue on my old IPad. It just happened again, and only happens on the ad for Best Custom Screens.

Hello! It seems to be a specific ad that is causing this issue - thank for letting us know, I'll report this to the studio to see if we can remove it so that you don't experience this issue any longer.
If you can provide any more details about the ad like a screenshot or something similar - that would help a ton as well!
