Can't return to title screen

There is a problem with my CCSS game.

When I press the "virtual button" on my phone, I usually return to the title screen, where I can log out or log in. Now, the ''virtual button'' is unresponsive and I can no longer switch accounts.

I have tried shutting down and restarting, clearing cache, updating... etc., but the problem still exists.

Does anyone have this kind of problem?

Hi @steventseng Hmmm I’m not sure how to understand, sorry. Which virtual button do you mean? 🤔 Do you mean the blue gear? Do you have a screenshot what you saw when the button was working?

If I tap the blue gear, then tap the King logo then I can log out. Is that what you mean?

Thank you for your reply. When I click on the "Blue Gear", this screen appears and I can't find a way to log out.

When I enter other pages, I can press the "virtual return key" to return to the previous level, but I cannot return to the top level ''title screen''.
