My dear friend, you are so sweet! I find myself in a disheartening situation: my entire identity as a player has seemingly vanished, leaving only a deleted user account. The customer service experience has been frustrating, as they repeatedly reference an elusive "team" to which my concerns have been escalated, urging me to remain patient.

@PummyRaj , I regret that this event turned out to be such a disaster, and I can see you’re upset by the results. Instead of expressing negativity, perhaps it would be more productive to accept the situation as it is and focus on the lessons learned.

Happy early Birthday @lbnana2,🎉 I hope you are enjoying your Birthday🎂 week but I am sorry to hear the issues you are having with your games and also your community account! They are of course separate issues and sometimes some of the community problems are linked to occasional hiccups with the community management system. You are correct, players are definitely given a warning first, before a more permanent action is taken, like being banned from the community.
I’m so sorry you lost all your boosters. It sounds like you had been collecting them for a very long time. Do you play on a mobile device. Do you back that device up regularly? Maybe you can load a previous back-up and recover your boosters. I’m not sure if that will work or not - just a thought.

Hello! My name is Lisa, and I hope this message finds you well. Although we have not corresponded before, I am familiar with your name and role as a moderator for CCS. I used to be an avid player before my interest shifted away to Soda.
I must say, I truly appreciate your friendly and sincere comment. I’ve been feeling a bit isolated lately, so it was a welcome surprise. Unfortunately, the recent soda challenge did not yield the results the mod had hoped for, and I find myself entangled in controversy regarding the term "collaborate."
I am grateful for your kind words. I have been informed that the situation was unintentional and that an investigation is underway to recover and reinstate my profile within the community, although I remain somewhat skeptical about the outcome. I suspect that during the initial recovery attempts, my game reset; they may have been trying to link my user ID, but it did not succeed. This incident occurred twice within a span of two to three days after my account disappeared.
On a brighter note, I have been accumulating resources since there are currently no new levels to play, which has made it easier to gather boosters. I also take advantage of special event packages, such as the recent discounted shell packages. I have been a pro player since I completed the soda levels about a year ago.
I play on both my laptop and my Android device. Unfortunately, there have been no new levels for Soda on Android for quite some time, but I can collect bonuses on each device. I reserve my gameplay on my PC for new levels, while I utilize boosters on my phone for challenges and contests, ensuring I do not exhaust any boosters on my PC.
I would love to learn more about you. How long have you been a moderator?
