Hi Lisa! I started out as a āsuperstarā over 4 years ago (about 6 months after joining the community) and eventually became a Game Moderator for Candy Crush Saga. I have played CCS for many years but I rediscovered a love for Soda several years ago but I am only on level 6928. I also play FHS but find it getting harder and Iām not even on level 5000 yet there.
I enjoy being part of the community and have a lot of fun creating contests and badges (I have been overseeing the global contests for several years now).
I have made some good friends in the community and like that there are members from all over the world. I wish you the best of luck with your community account and it sounds like you have a great plan to try and replace the Soda boosters you lost. ššØš

Hello! My name is Lisa, and I hope this message finds you well. Although we have not corresponded before, I am familiar with your name and role as a moderator for CCS. I used to be an avid player before my interest shifted away to Soda.
I must say, I truly appreciate your friendly and sincere comment. Iāve been feeling a bit isolated lately, so it was a welcome surprise. Unfortunately, the recent soda challenge did not yield the results the mod had hoped for, and I find myself entangled in controversy regarding the term "collaborate."
I am grateful for your kind words. I have been informed that the situation was unintentional and that an investigation is underway to recover and reinstate my profile within the community, although I remain somewhat skeptical about the outcome. I suspect that during the initial recovery attempts, my game reset; they may have been trying to link my user ID, but it did not succeed. This incident occurred twice within a span of two to three days after my account disappeared.
On a brighter note, I have been accumulating resources since there are currently no new levels to play, which has made it easier to gather boosters. I also take advantage of special event packages, such as the recent discounted shell packages. I have been a pro player since I completed the soda levels about a year ago.
I play on both my laptop and my Android device. Unfortunately, there have been no new levels for Soda on Android for quite some time, but I can collect bonuses on each device. I reserve my gameplay on my PC for new levels, while I utilize boosters on my phone for challenges and contests, ensuring I do not exhaust any boosters on my PC.
I would love to learn more about you. How long have you been a moderator?

Happy early Birthday @lbnana2,š I hope you are enjoying your Birthdayš week but I am sorry to hear the issues you are having with your games and also your community account! They are of course separate issues and sometimes some of the community problems are linked to occasional hiccups with the community management system. You are correct, players are definitely given a warning first, before a more permanent action is taken, like being banned from the community.
Iām so sorry you lost all your boosters. It sounds like you had been collecting them for a very long time. Do you play on a mobile device. Do you back that device up regularly? Maybe you can load a previous back-up and recover your boosters. Iām not sure if that will work or not - just a thought.

My dear friend, you are so sweet! I find myself in a disheartening situation: my entire identity as a player has seemingly vanished, leaving only a deleted user account. The customer service experience has been frustrating, as they repeatedly reference an elusive "team" to which my concerns have been escalated, urging me to remain patient.
@Kerrie . @Ibnana2 is right. Customer service is rubbish. I email them all the time . You are important to the Community and to all the players. I had the same issueswith my Community account when I joined. All they said when I emailed that, go on the Community Hub. They will help you. What a joke. Lucky we had have really good players on the Community who helped me figure it out. It was @Diamond _Lim who helped me. So , don't leave the hub.i love talking to you. And im sure the rest of the players do too.šš¤
This situation seems all too familiar. Twice now, my games have reset everything to zero, resulting in the loss of all my boosters and gold across three games. The most significant loss occurred in Soda, where I lost approximately 700 of each booster. I provided screenshots from a recent challenge, but unfortunately, those responsible for addressing these issues appeared indifferent.
Furthermore, it seems as if my contributionsāwhether humorous memes or assistance in various threads and contestsāhave vanished without a trace. I find myself at Level 2 now, no longer a pro player. While it is intriguing to be at this level, I designed a new signature banner for my birthday; however, Level 2 does not allow for a signature or profile picture.
If it were possible to recover my account, I believe it would have been resolved by now. Unfortunately, I have received little to no feedback and am met with silence. I suspect that my ongoing discussions about this issue will eventually wear thin as more friends notice my absence, not to mention my daily correspondence with customer support.
King.com has certainly not treated me kindly this year. I hope they rectify this situation soon, or I may have to say goodbye instead of sharing my birthday week GIFs.

I understand how it feels to lose all the things you worked hard for and spent time achieving in the game. This happened when my accounts merged and everything including the account vanished. At least mine wasn't tied to the community.
This would be a good time to start a new account. Since all your boosters are gone at you're at the end of the map. You can create a new one and be able to play as much as you want.
