hi my bake a cake team has disappeared from my lives list so I can’t send or receive lives from them it’s been 3 days now, please help

The Studio is currently investigating the cause. Until this is solved, you can request Lives from your team by entering the Teams Chat:
Click on the Teams symbol on the main screen
Click on Chat
Click on Ask for Lives (Ask and a red heart) at the bottom

Did you check latest version of your game and device software update?
Please Try following steps hope it works
Clear cache of your game and try to free 2 gb device storage logout device, switch off atleast 2 mins login, play any old level
If don't work following steps please mail player support area contact us mention your game I'd and subtopic event
Currently in Soda there's a test where replaying older levels in not available, and golden pins are not active - to have players focus more forward on progress than going back.
