I am having issues also with 4 in a row. Mine is that I complete two items and then do not collect the boosters when the team has completed a row or two. Sometimes I collect but most times recently I do not.

I am not receiving the boosters in 4 in a row. I will complete two items in a row and once someone actually completes it, I do not get the prizes…why? Has somethin changed?

How do I give my id ID without showing eveyone else? I dont see a dm function

You can simply post your player ID here as described in the link. According to the CMs this is not a problem. Several players have listed their game ID in their profiles; this can be very useful when prizes are sent to you.

That is very odd @dm1 Did you participate in the same line? As in when 2 completed 2 items, the other player completed the other 2 items? As you probably know, only horizontal and vertical rows count. If you followed the rules (you can check by clicking the “i”) please try following steps:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
