And then I instalei again the app and logged my account and the problem persists, but now it's worse, I am out 10th anniversary semi finals and I was playing it π

The semi finals are gone in my activities and I was just doing good, and I not able to purchase anything in the store, I alread cleaned the cache (just the cache), and restarted my Phone, download de app again! I am really frustated

I am sorry that you reinstalled the game @JullyC
Reinstalling is always a final solution, and we do not simply recommend it, as you may unfortunately lose all boosters and any progress in events. Have you checked whether you have the latest game version? King also recommends having at least 2GB of free memory to run the game smoothly. Also, make sure you have a stable internet connection; try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

Yes I have a lot of space and my WiFi is stable and normal!

You could try troubleshooting again, then play/replay a few levels, but unfortunately I don't have the ability to bring the Semi final back on your device π, sorry.
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Clear Cache: inΒ Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not dataβοΈ)
βββββ inΒ iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
