Send/Receive lives

I can see my team. I receive lives occasionally from 1-2 people, but I can never send lives to anyone, nor can I see who is asking for them. — I can see the post of who the helper of the week is but she/he can't see me to send me lives (nor can I see them). Also, I can post something in the chat, but nobody can see my post. FYI, I clean my cache daily.

That's very strange that no one can see your messages in the chat 🤔 Can you show me a screenshot of the team, when you click on team. Do you see your name there? Does everyone have the chat function enabled?

You can request Lives from your team by entering the Teams Chat:
Tap on the Teams symbol on the main screen
Tap on Chat
Tap on Ask for Lives (Ask and a red heart) at the bottom

I'm pretty sure others have the chat feature enabled since it chooses who the helper of the week is.

Hi. The helper of the week is something the system decides. So maybe your team doesn’t talk with each other and just play, sorry.
If you sometimes receive a life from 1 or 2 members it may be that only these 2 members are still active.

So how is it that I can't see when they are requesting lives? The person, Sean, can see others and sends lives to them, hence the reason he gets helper of the week. —- I'm telling you that there is definitely something wrong. I have played with this group for quite sometime and all of a sudden this issue happens.
