The problem has not been solved. I can't get any lifes from the team and can't send them. I can only receive lives from friends. I am still unable to press the life button in the chat.😢

yes it m receiving the same message. I’m unable to click the red heart asking for lives. No idea why. My app is updated etc. hope we get some answers.

Hi there,
I've been informed that the studio has looked at a fix for this, which will hopefully be released in the upcoming version of Soda! So when it's available make sure to update the game and things should be working as expected again.

I had the same problem the other day, and now I don't even have a team on my game anymore. It's gone…! Cleared everything, restarted, blah blah blah, and still nothing…. and this again, just before the weekend. Playing on PC, Win 10

My Teams icon had also disappeared, however after I replayed a level the team icon and other activities icons were back. Worth a try 😃

All problems have been resolved!
My account is now able to receive lives from teammates.
