No Boosters
I made the grave error of buying gold bars to maintain a streak. Now I get NO boosters
I have tried the same level 100 times and show 300 moves but without buying I am done. Short of deleting the game O have played for 8.5 years I can see NO solution. Tried to get support but totally useless.

Yeah, once you purchase something, all your free perks are gone 😓 the studio says otherwise but I see so many times.

You can try following steps
Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

Thanks for trying to help but none of this changes anything. The sudden change is absolutely tied to making my first purchase. I was sailing along and just needed an extra boost - now no boosts unless I can progress on levels which I cannot unless team bakes cake(hate the changes this month by the way). There is absolutely no question in my mind that once I got suckered in to buying the powers that be changed my account setttings so I am forced to purchase boosters to succeed!

Hey there, just wanted to check in - when you say that you're not getting boosters, do you mean ads? Or do you mean other events in the game?
If it's events, it may be that you don't have an active event right now - but will get more later. The best way to ensure that you have events is to keep your game updated, you can see more of the events for this season in this thread:

I am no longer getting ads that allow me to get extra boosters. I often got 3 ads to watch that would provide me with 5 boosters so I could finish a level. Now I am dead in the water. Even if I got special events I cannot complete any levels so I cannot win anything. Trying 50 to 60 times on each level and only getting any reasonable boosters from Bake a Cake brings no joy to the game. I have posted multiple times with no one (Studio Central ????) providing me with an explanation. It is obvious that if you purchase once no more ads because they think they have you on the hook. Time to find another game after years of enjoyment 😥😣

Sorry to hear about this experience with the game, I'll pass on the feedback to the studio. As for the ads, I know that these sometimes come and go for players in the game, so I hope that they will return for you in your game so you can progress in the game.
