How do i get my daily prize back. It reset for no reason

how do I get it back. I play everyday and received my daily yesterday. Today it reset to day one. I was at about 700 days i did not skip a day!!

Hi guys, not too long ago the daily bonus was reset back to day 1 because they changed the method of saving it. There had been a glitch where it automatically went back to day 1 but now with them making the change it shouldn't happen again. Everyone was set back to day 1. You should have now all started to build up the days again.

I will close this thread since this is something we are talking about here.

Just as a summary, we are working on a possible fix but these things take time. Please stay patient, we are working very hard and trying our best to find the best way forward for all of you. I will have more information around it very soon.

They haven’t answered me! Like Rachyrach I too have religiously logged in EVERY DAY for I believe 404 days!!! I AM PO’D! 😡

It’s got to be the update, because I was also on on day 270 something and lost it. And I played a little bit before the time it resets.

I was on day 918 yesterday, have come to it today and found I’m back to day one 😤 I am absolutely gutted this has happened as I have religiously logged on for the past couple of years no matter where I am or what I was doing. It has really upset me knowing that all of my hard work has been taken away from me 😢
