New phone and transfer of boosters/gold bars

Hi @rock and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 You are in the right place for help. Your progress can be saved by connecting to either King or Facebook. This way whenever you log in to that account you will be at the same level. The same is with your gold bars. Your gold bars and progress are saved at King's servers.

As for boosters, they are saved on your device's memory, which means you can reach them even when you are offline. Unfortunately, this also means that when you change your device they stay on old device's memory. Hence, my advice is to use them while you are on your old device. Thanks for reaching out @founa So you are saying that you didn't connect your game either with King nor Facebook account? Did you just play your game without saving it?

Thanks for reaching out @founa I think the best solution is to make a King account and connect your game with it. That way your progress will be saved and you can restore your progress on new phone by logging in with the King account.
