Why aren't my rewards showing up?

your Candy Crush Soda rewards aren't showing up, ensure you've completed the required tasks or levels to earn them, and that the game is properly connected to your account. If issues persist, contact King Support for assistance Check Completion Status: Make sure you've fully completed the level or event that promised the reward. Some rewards, like those from a Deluxe Pass, are earned gradually as you progress in the game, not immediately upon purchase. Ensure your game is linked to your account (Facebook, King, etc.) to save your progress and rewards. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve minor glitches that prevent rewards from appearing. A stable internet connection is crucial for syncing your game progress and receiving rewards.

Yet again I didn't get my bonus after being on podium for 3 weeks in a row. I have a picture from yesterday when the clock was at 0 time left and it shows me on podium and having the prior 2 weeks podium finishes lit...please fix this
