It started a few days ago on my Apple devices but now it's also showing on Windows 11.
With only one working eye it's distracting me when I open the game and see it upside down. It got fixed once so please can the studio fix it again?

The background being upside down is working as intended, so I can confirm it's not a glitch or technical issue. It's part of our CCSS Topsy Turvy Season, which will be running until May, to celebrate April Fool's Day.
It contains a thematic interactive diorama featuring the upside down scene, our characters Yeti and Bears, and Easter Egg candies.

I am not responding because I play through King and it might be asking for Facebook friends? If it's King friends then I can accept but if it's Facebook friends I don't play through Facebook so I can't offer lives.

I know this is the theme of this month, not glitch, because there has an announcement about this in the discussion column. The same theme appeared in last year.
I am talking about the Social icon in your game. According to your screenshot, 76 players wanted to be your friend, you should give them a reply, accept them or decline them as friends.
The Social icon is on your top left corner of the screen.
Thank you for your response! So then I'm stuck with it until the end of April. Maybe I'll just go in daily to get my rewards and close the game until this is finished. It definitely affects the poor vision that I have.

It makes no sense that I'm the only player with this issue and now it changes back and forth every day. I can't uninstall the game on my mobile devices because I will lose all my boosters so that's not even an option.

Hi @michimune! Are you asking your question about why the studio isn't getting back to me? When you had this problem it lasted for a month?
@Palash_Sarma have you heard anything from the studio yet? Now it's more strange because now it's changing back and forth every day. Today it's correct, yesterday it was upside down and it's on my desktop and 3 mobile devices. I can't believe that it's only me and @michimune that have seen this problem.
Much more players want to be your friend, why do you ignore them?

This happened in last year for one month, so it will upside down for whole April too. I think it is because bubblegum troll wants to trouble you. It's lucky that Yeti do not have upside down πππ€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π

I have some rewards to claim but every time I tap on the claim box the whole image shakes and the reward does not activate. I have updated the game but this did not help.
