it looks like the game is frozen 😩 can no longer play
I have experienced the same problem as mentioned above, and tried everything to solve it. This has lasted since May 17th and the game is still frozen. Any suggestions?

my game is the same. I tried to open it on day 26 to be told I’d missed a day and to play on for my bonus boost. The game won’t start as I can’t get past the message page, it won’t close to give me the option of playing on. I’ve cleared my history and rebooted my iPad which is up to date and with enough memory. I’m just locked out of the game completely. Help please.

If your game keeps freezing or crashing, there are some things you can do that may solve the problem immediately.

As for the Start over option no longer showing in your game, please note that special features like the Start Over option are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces new features every so often.
