I just purchased a package for $89.99 that included 48 hours. It only gave me credit for 1 day, which I assume is 24 hrs. How can I get credit for the other 24 hrs?

I received all of the boosters (25/20), including Gold Bars (900). The only thing I did not receive was the 48 hrs free play time.
As you can see in my screenshot I only got 1 day (24 hrs). I don’t know where to locate my member ID number to provide you.
Hey there and sorry to hear that, when you say Credit - are you referring to a specific booster? If you can send your Player ID, I can have a closer look. Otherwise I suggest reaching out to the support so that they can help you with this, if you made a purchase in the game you should of course have the rewards you're looking for.
Also if possible, it would be super helpful if you have any screenshots of the issue you're talking about as well.
