Update August 13th
Since the main ad issue has now been fixed, we're going to close this thread.
However, we do realize that this doesn't mean that all ads are without fault, so if anyone spots an ad with problems where you can't either claim the rewards, or exit out from the ad, please report it by making a new thread with the following information:
- Platform you play on
- Your Player ID
- Advertiser or game ad name (if you can see it)
- Date & time for the ad
- 📸 Any screenshots are super helpful as well!

It's been reported by the Studio that some of ads have been fixed in the latest version of Soda released this week - so it's important that you update to the latest version!
There still might be ads in the game that has problems, so please follow the instructions below to report them:

Hey there,
We've noted an increase in issues regarding ads where players are not able to close the ad or collect the reward after the ad is completed.
We're currently investigating this issue.
For context, we regularly get new ads in our system, but sometimes we get ads that do not live up to the quality we want in our game which causes problems like the ones mentioned.
Please follow the troubleshooting steps below first of all to make sure nothing is wrong with your game, then if the problem remains - please help us in reporting the ad.
