Candies looked better (brighter, sharper) before last update

Question

Hi, I am writing because I updated Candy Crush Soda on May 2nd and I noticed that, after the update, graphics (candies) changed and now they look like they did in older versions of the game.

Before the update, candies looked brighter and sharper. Now they look blurrier and darker. I have compared them to a 2016 version of the game I have on an older smartphone and now both games look the same, when they used to look different. Strangely, this only applies to candies and chocolate. The rest of the game (maps, menus...) looks exactly like before the update.

Before this, I used to update the game regularly and had no problems. I can still play the game, but I would rather play it with the graphics it had before this update .

I have tried clearing the cache and starting the app again, but it hasn't worked. There is also plenty of free space on my mobile. I just wanted to ask if there has been a change for all versions, for all users, or I am the only one experiencing this issue. If so, what can I do to solve it and go back to the new graphics?
