I am not receiving the wrapped candy awards for Mr. Toffee. What is the fix?

I am not receiving the wrapped candy awards for Mr. Toffee.   What is the fix?  This has been happening since it came out, I was hoping it was going to be fixed on its own.  It has probably happened 5-6 times already.

    Hi @strlit66 - I noticed the same issue last week and mentioned it to the CM @Xarly. If you can confirm what platform you play on, user id and a screenshot that would help them research it further!
