Why have my lollipop boosters disappeared? They do not show at the bottom when I play.

I finally got my lollipop boosters again.

We have had a few reports and are referring players on to our customer support team as they can deal with these matters better
Please first try a reset by logging out of the game and leaving your device off for a moment or two
If needed then play any level and repeat
If no joy
Then select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they may reimburse you

I've tried clearing the cache, updating my phone, etc. How do I update the app without installing it and re-installing?
I have the same problem, will nor accept any excuses,I worked hard for the 13 I had and would like them back!!!!
Me to! And I had a lot of them! Plus I keep winning new pieces of the lollipop, but there are no boosters showing at all.
