We have had a few reports and are referring players on to our customer support team as they can deal with these matters better
Please first try a reset by logging out of the game and leaving your device off for a moment or two
If needed then play any level and repeat
If no joy
Then select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they may reimburse you

I've tried clearing the cache, updating my phone, etc. How do I update the app without installing it and re-installing?

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
