We have had a few reports and are referring players on to our customer support team as they can deal with these matters better
Please first try a reset by logging out of the game and leaving your device off for a moment or two
If needed then play any level and repeat
If no joy
Then select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they may reimburse you

I've tried clearing the cache, updating my phone, etc. How do I update the app without installing it and re-installing?

How to withdraw the money
My game is glitching bad. Anything I do causes the screen to flash. I can't use boosters and when they do let me click to use them again the screen flashes. I can't change the game back ground OR change any settings. I've cleared cache but I'm afraid to lose my gold bars and my levels (almost at 840) IDK what to do! 😭

Finally, crossed the 8000 milestone.
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
