Sorry, but the "customer service" is a joke and probably doesn't even exist anymore! I have sent 4 messages to KING over the past 2 days and NO ONE responds.
I tried to message @LoFiGummy through an old private message but no response there either. There is no help for all the people stuck in this issue right now, just look at all the messages coming in… Sad and disappointing

Please note that timed items only start counting from the moment you open the game, not the moment they are sent to you. So they would only have gone to waste if you'd open the game, acknowledged the pop-up saying you received the compensation from us, and then left the game.
As for the email sent to you, yes it was sent to that one address on your Community profile. However, it could be that for some reason it never arrived, or it was filtered to your spam and junk folders, so I've sent it again.
With that said, please remember that we're here to help and are trying our best, thank you.

The ticket was sent to your email address, the same email address you use here in Community. As for the items, Gold Bars, Boosters, Timed Boosters and Unlimited Lives were sent to your main account, CUID 11109803231.
I can confirm everything shows as delivered on my side, with the delivery date being 09/11/25, 15:24:50 CET.
In case you'd like for the ticket reply to be sent to your other email address we have on file, I can do that as well.

@Kevin_ I do not have an email trail from King because they NEVER sent a response to my multiple messages through the game. In the past I would get an automated email response to my questions and then I could provide further info but this did not happen. I have received NO response at all.

I don't see any new post or edited post with new information. On the other hand, yesterday I already mentioned that it was fixed, or at least for me.

With all of messages continuing to come in, why on earth is no WARNING being shared with the players?
Who will fix and send my refund? DO NOT point to Microsoft because they will tell player to work through KING. Maybe King needs to send all of purchases through to the player's games. How about that??

Thanks for raising this, but to who? I have tried to bring @LoFiGummy into this conversation as well, many times. Unfortunately, I have had the same issue in the past so I know for a fact that Microsoft will NOT refund the money. I had to work though KING. Now that there is no longer a support team, who will help get my money back?

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
