Hello, candy crush soda freezes at the map screen on level 1568 ever since I upgraded my Samsung s8 to android 9. Please help.
You can check if you have a King account by opening the game but don't click on a level. Click on the settings on the bottom left. Click on the pink button. It might look like this after clicking on the button. Click on the green settings button and then you should be able to see the Kingdom button. Click on it. It's going to ask you to login or create an account. Try to login with your email address. If it says that they don't have that email address on file then you have to create an account.
It was downloaded through the Google play store, though I dont remember if it saves to the kingdom or my phone, but definitely not Facebook.
So did you get the game app from Google Play? It didn't ask you to sign in with a platform? Are you aware that without playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom you can lose your lives and boosters at any time? What I am now going to do for you is to tag @Xarly who is the community manager for this game. He will see your message tomorrow and perhaps will be able to offer you something else to resolve this.
As I said, I'm NOT playing on Facebook, it is on my Samsung s8. I also went though your link to troubleshooting.
Did you do the rest of the troubleshooting on that Android link? Also are you playing through Facebook because you can always uninstall their app and reinstall it again. Just do NOT uninstall the game on a mobile device unless everything else has failed because you will lose all lives and boosters.
It freezes once I click to open the level. I have cleared the history and am playing on a Samsung s8.
Hi @hockeypro thank you for posting here in our community. Does it freeze when you click to open the level or once it's opened it freezes? They are going to ask you to do some troubleshooting so please clear out the history on your phone and make sure that you have the most recent version of the game.
