My game froze on level 1479. On the main screen. Couldn't move screen, click on level, etc. Tried all troubleshooting ideas and nothing worked. Had to uninstall and reinstall. Alwaysvlogged in with Facebook. I was on day 340 something and it reset my daily count today 13???? Anything I can do to get my days back???

Hi @laurac1596 there was a Facebook glitch last week but I believe it was on Friday that they came out with an update. Unfortunately, King cannot return you back to where you were. It shouldn't take you long to get back up there.Have you ever tried playing the game through the Kingdom? I stopped using Facebook months ago because of all their glitches. You might want to give the Kingdom a try. You are read more about it here:

Not to be rude, but seriously it won't take me long to build back up to a 340+ day streak from 14 now?? And they screwed up EVERYONE 'S streak not long ago and could reset EVERYONE back to where they were but because it froze up and I had to reinstall there is no way to get my streak back?? I'm sorry.. but that's ridiculous.

@laurac1596, you are not being rude at all. You are a frustrated player who built that up and yes it's upsetting to lose it. Since I never made it up that high how different were the rewards? Were you still getting two and the same number of hours or did it increase?

To be honest I have no clue. It wasn't really about the rewards but the streak. I dont think this rewards had increased that much to be fabulous or anything but it was just a personal goal to have achieved. So aggravating with all the other issues I have had with it. About done with it.

I hear you and I totally understand where you are at. I am feeling similar things too. I was on a winning streak last week and that is rare with this game. I play the game on 3 mobile devices so I can get 3 daily boosters every day. I luck out if I get the color bomb and coloring candy and especially if I am able to get an infinity of free lives for 1/2 hour. Then I could open the level and if the 2 are not next to each other I quit and reopen until I see them together. That can work great for some levels, especially the bubblegum because it clears the entire board. But that happening to my game is rare so I totally understand where you are at. I think because my daily booster reset so often in the past that I could never consider it an achievement like you but if I was as high as you were then I'd totally understand your loss. To me an achievement is clearing a level and that doesn't happen too often these days.
