Yes indeed I was talking about the daily prize - each day you play the Soda game it awards a prize & 1/2 hour of playing time - I was at day 750 or there about & got reset back to counting from day 1. Other King games count from day 1 to day 10 and then cycles back to day 1 again.

I would prefer if they kept the info on the server so when glitches happen we can be restored

IMHO I think an 'issue' with not being able to skip ads occurred because iOS updated as well as the Soda game - iOS may have been the root cause.

My mistake. I read it wrong. Daily progress should not have gone to the contact form. I am keeping my eyes open here to see if anyone else reports it this week. It might be a new glitch starting so please help me keep an eye to see if we start getting complaints about the daily bonus resetting back to day 1. I know that it was changed a while ago from mobile to their server. But then there were a lot of complaints so it was put back to mobile devices. It might be the same problem that we had for a couple of years with mobile devices where it kept resetting back to day 1 and that's why the studio tried it on their server.

Hi @NanAl, did you ask for your game progress? The answer above seems to be your Calendar progress which would be the daily bonus. Don't give up if you want your game progress back. Please write me back again telling me if you said that you needed your game progress back to the correct level.

Hi Elsa -- I did what you suggested and got an immediate response that said "We are unable to restore your Calendar progress"

Doesn't seem like anyone even tried based on how quickly an automated response was delivered - oh well.
