I only get 20 chances to win the game but when I went to YouTube to see how the game was played the 2 players I checked on had 30 chances. I reinstalled the game but still only 20 chances.

Hi @mjwilson101 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 The studio is always monitoring the levels so if it shows that they are too hard or too easy for players they might tweak them a little bit. If you saw the videos with 30 moves, they were probably recorded as soon as the level was released. I will post the video for you with 20 moves so you can watch it and find the best approach to it.

If it doesn't help, I strongly recommend taking a break for a day or two to clear your mind. You would be surprised how many times it helped me finish the level once I come back to the game.
