115 ... some history of the English version ...
... before Aug 2017 there were 17 words in 26 moves
... it was easier to get 3 stars back then with 26 moves
... after Aug 2017 there are 8 words in 17 moves
... I may not be  the best player for testing 115
... but have never beaten 115 with 3 stars since Aug 2017 without using barney fully empowered(5 gold tiles)
... 23551 will get 2 stars ... 23977 3 stars

... the example is completed with 5 moves unused
... the combination of 9000 points on 3 moves and 5 unused moves help get 3 stars in the example
